What does an employee of travel agency do?

<p>I have 1 year of experience working in a travel company.</p> <p>My job is to help Vietnamese customers apply for visas to enter foreign countries.<br>My main task is to prepare and document clients; Support customers to submit documents to the Embassy, prepare air tickets and make travel schedules for customers.<br>My job does not require high qualifications, but only requires a bit of effort to learn about visa procedures and requirements of countries around the world.
